Karey Anne Dhirani

Karey Anne Dhirani completed her articles at Teplitsky, Colson LLP and joined the firm as an associate following her call to the bar in February 2001.

Mrs. Dhirani's broad based litigation practice includes: construction and real estate matters, corporate/commercial litigation, employment litigation, general contractual disputes, environmental issues and shareholder/partnership disputes. She frequently represents and advises clients in relation to construction lien issues.

Mrs. Dhirani has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice on motions, applications and trials as well as before the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal. She has made oral and written submissions to various administrative tribunals and municipal council. On a regular basis, she represents clients at mediation.

In addition to her practice, Mrs. Dhirani has been a judge for the upper year moot at the University of Toronto. Also, she is currently a candidate for her Masters of Law in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School.
